• All bookings must be made in advance via our website, authorized agents, or direct reservation.
• A reservation is confirmed only after full payment or the required deposit is received.
• Upon confirmation, you will receive:
• Flight date
• Pickup time
• Booking reference
• Guests must provide accurate personal details and present valid identification before the flight.

💳 2. Payment Policy

• Full payment is required at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled flight.
• Accepted payment methods:
• Cash (USD, EUR, GBP, EGP)
• Credit/debit card
• Bank transfer
• Prices may vary depending on season, availability, and type of flight (shared or private).

❌ 3. Cancellation by the Customer

• More than 48 hours before flight: Full refund minus 3% bank transaction fee
• Within 48 hours of the flight: May be partially refundable or subject to cancellation charges depending on circumstances
• Within 24 hours or same-day cancellation: Non-refundable

🚫 4. No-Show Policy

• Failure to arrive at the agreed pickup location on time will be considered a no-show.
• Missing the transfer or flight due to delay is non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued in case of no-show.

🌤️ 5. Weather & Safety Cancellations

• Hot air balloon flights in Luxor are strictly dependent on weather and aviation safety regulations.
• Flights may be cancelled due to:
• Strong wind conditions
• Poor visibility or fog
• Temperature or atmospheric instability
• Instructions from the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority

🔄 6. Rescheduling Policy

• Free rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the flight, subject to availability.
• Weather-related cancellations can always be rescheduled at no extra charge.
• Same-day changes are not guaranteed due to limited sunrise flight availability.

💰 7. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
• A 3% bank transaction fee will be deducted from all refunds.
• Bank fees may be applied twice (payment + refund transfer)
• Currency exchange differences are not refundable

💵 8. Cash Refunds

• If a refund is collected in cash in Luxor, a 3% transaction fee will still be deducted.
• This fee reflects international banking charges incurred during the original transaction.

⚠️ 9. Force Majeure

• Includes serious illness, travel bans, flight delays, or natural disasters.
• Refunds may be granted; however, bank transaction fees will apply.

⏰ 10. Flight Schedule & Timing

• All balloon flights operate at sunrise only.
• Typical flight duration: 30–45 minutes.
• Pickup time: approximately 04:00–05:00 AM.
• Late arrivals may result in missed flights without refund.

👤 11. Safety & Passenger Conditions

• Pregnant women are not permitted to fly.
• Guests with medical conditions should consult a doctor.
• Passengers must follow landing instructions.
• The pilot may refuse boarding for safety reasons.

• Operates under Egyptian aviation regulations.
• Not responsible for loss of personal belongings or delays.
