Cancellation Policy

Full Refund or Credit:

• Eligible if you cancel your flight outside of 7 days from the scheduled flight date.
• Eligible if Sindbad Balloons cancel the flight due to weather.

Rescheduling:

• Must be done outside of 48 hours before your scheduled flight.

No-Show Policy:

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the flight will be treated as no-shows.
• No-shows will not receive a refund or credit.
