  • Children under the age of 6 years are not permitted on hot air balloon flights.
  • Children cost is the same cost of adult cost.

  • %20 to 40% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • The balance payment is required in cash the day before the activity at our office in Luxor
  • Balance payment accepted in EUR or USD.
  • If you wish to pay the balance by card/bank transfer, there will be an extra %10 fee of the outstanding amount.
  • Balance payment will be charged at the current exchange rate on the day of payment.
  • Free cancellation up to 2 days before date of flight.
  • If cancelled with-in 2 days or less prior to flight date full cost of booking will be charged.
  • If flights are cancelled due to bad weather, you will be given a full refund or you can choose to reschedule your flight to the next day (Subject to availability).

ITINERARY :

What a fabulously exciting start to your day! You will be picked up from your hotel about an hour before sunrise to begin your Hot Air Balloon experience and take you to the welcoming refreshment breakfast tea, Coffee and cake on the motorboat.

While you enjoy your light breakfast, the pilots will check the weather conditions and decide to start crossing the river Nile to the other side of the Nile, You will be taken to the launch site where there will be a full safety briefing and you will witness the inflation of the balloon.

The crew will help you to climb into the basket and when everyone is happy and comfortable, the moment of your dreams of is here! An amazing panoramic view, and fabulous Theban. Your balloon will reach a maximum of 500 meters (1500 feet) during the 30:45-minute flight depend on the weather.

As the dawn sky slowly fills with balloons, all at varying heights and with different colors, it is the true Luxor experience, a magnificent sight to see and be part of. Hot air balloons go with the wind direction and you will float wherever the wind takes you… but wherever it takes you in Luxor, the view will be amazing.

Your Pilot will take you to the most interesting points that he can reach, going as close as possible to give you the very best experience. Upon landing, there will be a small party with the ground crew, in keeping with ballooning tradition that goes back to the first flight.

You will be presented with your commemorative Flight Certificate just before you transfer back to your hotel with your heart full of wonderful memories.

We aim to return you to your hotel allowing you plenty of time to join a full day activity if you wish.
