We have intimate private hot air balloons for two and private group flights with guests up to 20. For employee rewards, staff incentives and corporate gifts they will never forget, many couples and families are interested in booking private experiences to celebrate those special occasions.

These private flights are luxurious and a great way to go on an adventure together. There’s no substitute for the intimacy of a private hot air balloon ride for two! For groups with older individuals or young kids we suggest booking a sunrise flight or after sunrise flight due to slow winds.

Whether you are celebrating an anniversary, engagement, checking ballooning off your bucket list, or another special occasion, we’ll make sure it is amazing. You’ll cherish your hot air balloon experience for years to come!

Know Before You Go
  • Children under the age of 6 years are not permitted on hot air balloon flights.
  • Children cost is the same cost of adult cost.
  • Pregnant women can not participate on a hot air balloon flights.
  • An upgrade to smaller basket available subject to availability.

 

Booking Conditions :
  • Check availability of this activity for your date(s) before you complete the booking.
  • %20 to 40% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • The balance payment is required in cash the day before the activity at our office in Luxor
  • Balance payment accepted in EUR or USD.
  • If you wish to pay the balance by card/bank transfer, there will be an extra %10 fee of the outstanding amount.
  • Balance payment will be charged at the current exchange rate on the day of payment.
  • Free cancellation up to 2 days before date of flight.
  • If cancelled with-in 2 days or less prior to flight date full cost of booking will be charged.
  • If flights are cancelled due to bad weather, you will be given a full refund or you can choose to reschedule your flight to the next day (Subject to availability).

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
